Dear ESACH Members and Researchers in the field of Heritage,
We would like to invite you to the second ESACH Meeting at the University of Genoa, 17th – 18th
– 19th of May 2019
Once concluded our first year of existence within the European Year for Cultural Heritage, and after having ascertained the growth potential, the intention is to extend the project beyond 2018. The meeting will be the occasion to discuss about new objectives, improvements, welcome new members and of course to share our researches and projects.
Contributions about recent debates within the field of Cultural Heritage are welcomed, such as:
→ Topics and/or Issues concerning Tangible and Intangible Heritage
→ Investigation and Enhancement
→ New Technologies and Humanities
→ Education and Mediation towards Communities
The University of Genoa has been recently included within ESACH Network and the research group is now developing a project for the enhancement of a historical neighborhood, which has a strongly stratified history. The meeting will be for us the occasion to collect external and different perception of this neighborhood and feedbacks about our project’s development.
Those wishing to participate, are invited to provide proposals of contributions within the 20th of December at the following address, including number of participants as well as a brief presentation.
Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the University of Genoa to a maximum of ten speakers who will be selected.
Trusting in your enthusiasm and hoping to receive high participation, we invite you to answer as soon as possible in order to advance bureaucratic procedures for the organization.
For further information don’t hesitate to contact us.
All the best!
