ESACH seeks to create a joint European spirit among students and other university members within Europe from different perspectives. For this, we are strongly committed within our european network.
To achieve our goal we organise several activities during our EYCH 2018, which can be allocated to one of our three pillars:
1. Information: In order to create awareness within theuniversity
communities and share common interests along the regular curricula regarding heritage-related issues we organise several expert lectures and debates.
2. Intercommunication: Organising discussions about heritage-related issues serves to raise students' awareness as regards our common European
heritage (weekly meetings/learning events). Any interesting heritage-related topics are suitable, related for example to the necessity of monument protection or digital accessibility of cultural
heritage. Furthermore, it is all about communicating on our soical media sites with other participating organisations, institutions and the interested public about the European Year ofCultural Heritage 2018 issues from our perspectives.
3. Interaction: In order to render cultural heritage more tangible for everyone, ESACH groups organise excursions to local (or non-local) heritage
sites or get together on the ocassion of local events by ESACH or partners.
